Personal Training. Includes a detailed, customized training program, specific to your goals. Weekly workouts change every 4 weeks. Results will be assessed, new goals set, program changes accordingly every 4 weeks. For longer programs & goals, each 4-week phase will be periodized to maximize results.

Nutrition Consultation. Includes caloric and protein/carb/fat daily intake recommendations. Suggested food items, meals per day, sample menu, and meal timing in accordance to your work and training schedule will be included as part of consultation. Individual meal plans not included.

Competition Preparation Services.
Susan will help prepare you for your next competition with ease and peace of mind! Susan is an experienced, national level NPC Fitness & Figure Competitor with over 4 years of competing under her belt.

Complete Contest Prep. Includes a detailed, customized training program, nutrition design, and supplementation plan for the 12 weeks before your fitness or figure competition, including the final week carb & water manipulation. Includes help with posing, suit selection, makeup/hair, tanning, & more.
