I want to send a deep and well deserved Thank you. My husband {Michael} and I had been working out to prepare me for my first competition. Being that he knew how to get my body to build muscle by lifting weights and learning the techniques. He was at a loss on how to diet and get my body into the figure needed to compete. Having seen Susan in the Oxygen Magazine and remembering her from resent years. Susan re-appeared at my gym {amazing enough 4 weeks before my competition.}My husband unbeknown to me, walked up to her and asked her to look at this women body. Not knowing I was his wife “she quotes she has a nice physic” he asked Susan what does she need to work on in order to compete and BANG everything connected. Susan changed my diet, worked out with me and trained my on my poses. She was amazing. In 4 weeks she did what it took 8 mos for most of the women that I competited with to do. Having said that I brought home not only on trophy, but two First Place trophies.

I started to work with Susan around May or so. I was looking to loose weight and tone up and eventually compete in figure competitions. When I first started to work with Susan I was already going to the gym and working out probably about five to six days a week, but never really knew what I was doing. I did classes but never really did a lot of cardio, but I did lift most of the time, and an eating plan, well you can say I’ve been on a diet most of my life or at least I tried to be. Susan, from the very start was very informative; she gave me an eating plan and a workout plan. Everything started to fall into place and finally made sense. The difference in the way I look and feel, and the tone and definition that I have achieved is amazing!! Susan also keeps tabs on you and will never let you get discouraged, she is always there to talk and give you pointers and helpful information. I am so thankful that I got the chance to work with Susan and will continue to work with Susan as long as I can. If you want to see results I would highly recommend Susan.

I started weight training with Susan in order to get a more sculptured look to my body. I had done cardio using a treadmill, but could not figure out how to get rid of the trouble spots and extra "flab" on my body. Lowering my carb intake helped get those extra pounds off, but still did not get me where I needed to be in order to "like" what I saw when I looked in the mirror. Susan not only gave me specific work outs to define the body parts I wanted to improve, but also she gave me tips and pointers on eating that really made a difference in other areas of my body. I can see a difference and that has helped keep me totally focused and sticking to the routine. Susan also changes my routine every six weeks, so I don't get bored, and my body gets those necessary changes too. I am starting my third six week course, and even my jealous friends have to admit they can see a difference! Get-fit-with-Susan is the way to go!

I started training with Susan in Jan and my goal was to lose 20 pounds, and by July 1st I lost 23 and counting!! Before starting with Susan I did maybe 30 Min's of cardio or a class here and there but never lifted because I didn't know what I was doing and I was afraid of getting big muscles. I tried low carb Atkins and tried to just eat lots of meat and salad.  Susan taught me you have to eat everything in moderation and Water is key! I also learned how to read the labels on products and how it effects your body . She is very knowledgeable and understanding and also makes you feel really good about yourself!! I will continue to train with Susan as long as I can!!
